Return & Exchange Period
You can exchange or return items within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Product & Box Condition
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and inside its original packaging and box.
Proof of Purchase
The original purchase invoice (or electronic invoice) is required to complete the process.
⚠️ Important Notice Regarding Alterations & Embroidery:
In accordance with the regulations and laws issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in the State of Kuwait, no item can be returned or exchanged if it has been altered (such as embroidery or shortening the Bisht upon the customer's request), even within the legal 14-day period.
Steps to Submit a Return or Exchange Request:
- Contact customer service via WhatsApp with a picture of the invoice and the product.
- The request is reviewed and verified for compliance with conditions within 24 to 48 hours.
- In case of a return, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method after the product is received and inspected.
